Animals do not always want to cooperate. Sometimes the weather is a problem for some animals. Other times the environment is not suitable for a particular animal.
Not all animals do well in all circumstances. Sometimes they just don't want to travel. In most cases Jungle Jill will let you know ahead of time and the animal(s) will be substituted.
